【Exhibitors rules and procedures】
1.The exhibitor enterprises must confirm the booth area, fill in the exhibitor application form and attach signature of the undertaker and seal of the company, offer a duplicate of the company’s business license, and fax or mail the exhibitor application form, and duplicate of the company’s business license to the exhibition organizer;
2.The exhibition organizer confirms and stamps the exhibitor application form after verification;
3.After both Parties sign an exhibition contract, exhibitor should pay 50% of the booth fee as the deposit in 5 workdays to the exhibition organizer; otherwise, the organizer will not keep the reserved booth. The remaining part of the booth fee shall be paid to the organizer before September 30; otherwise, the organizer has the right to adjust and deal with the booth, and will not return the paid deposits to the exhibitor.
4.The exhibitor enterprises after confirming participating in the exhibition are not allowed to cancel the exhibitor application or transfer booth without approval of the exhibition organizer; otherwise the booth fee already paid shall not be returned, and the organizer will keep the right of adjusting or dealing with the booth.
5.Fake and forged products are forbidden to participate in the exhibition, and exhibits are forbidden of infringing.
