【Exhibition Review】
In January, 2008, "The 2nd Guangzhou International Luxury Exhibition" won the title of "The most potential exhibition of 2007" at the selecting activity held for Guangzhou convention and exhibition industry.
Scale of the exhibition :
Exhibition area of 9,000 square meters,86 exhibitors,16,823 honored guests attending, turnover of 200 million yuan at the scene of the exhibition.

world quantity-limited "Louis XIII Superb Cognac" mixed with "Black Pearl", Lamborghini new famous and precious racing car, Rolls Royce, Spyker racing car, Jaguar royal lengthened car, private yachts, Summer Palace Golf Chateau, Germany Vivace piano, Italian L.T.G, Belgian royal articles, French royal chocolate, Truffes, Chocolate Chips royal drink, British tobacco pipe, Cuban cigar, classical furniture of Chinese Ming and Qing Dynasties, Italian famous furniture, Suzhou embroidery, Guangzhou embroidery, Hunan embroidery, Jing De-zhen classic Chinaware, jade articles, and antiques, etc.
Activities involved :
Chen Shaoxiang the president of Ancient and Modern Auction Company enjoying the title of "No.1 Auction in China" hosted a field auction which pushed the whole exhibition to summit, and turnover of the auction reached to 29.36 million yuan. In "2007 Guangzhou Soaring Night" cocktail party, the characteristics of experiencing type "top personage's communication platform" were fully shown and this exhibition’s theme of “Assemble top luxury, experience grand luxury ceremony" was also interpreted thoroughly.

【Exhibitors rules and procedures】
1、The exhibitor enterprises must confirm the booth area, fill in the exhibitor application form and attach signature of the undertaker and seal of the company, offer a duplicate of the company’s business license, and fax or mail the exhibitor application form, and duplicate of the company’s business license to the exhibition organizer;
2、The exhibition organizer confirms and stamps the exhibitor application form after verification;
3、After both Parties sign an exhibition contract, exhibitor should pay 50% of the booth fee as the deposit in 5 workdays to the exhibition organizer; otherwise, the organizer will not keep the reserved booth. The remaining part of the booth fee shall be paid to the organizer before September 30; otherwise, the organizer has the right to adjust and deal with the booth, and will not return the paid deposits to the exhibitor.
4、The exhibitor enterprises after confirming participating in the exhibition are not allowed to cancel the exhibitor application or transfer booth without approval of the exhibition organizer; otherwise the booth fee already paid shall not be returned, and the organizer will keep the right of adjusting or dealing with the booth.
5、Fake and forged products are forbidden to participate in the exhibition, and exhibits are forbidden of infringing.
 
【Booth price】
1. Standard booth: RMB 24,000 yuan per booth
  Explanation: Specification of a standard booth is 3M *4M, and the basic equipments include: exhibiter's Chinese and English name, carpet, three-sided enclosing board, one desk, 2 folding chairs, 2 spot lights, one socket of 220 volt (only for 500 watts non-illumination).
2. Vacant lot: RMB1, 800 yuan / M2
  Explanation: The minimal area for rent is 24 square meters, and no equipment will be offered for the minimal area.

☆ Releasing form: Hard advertisement + news + in-depth reporting + thematic program
